You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or engage in malicious website interactions.

All prices displayed on this platform are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR / Rs.) and include all applicable taxes (such as VAT where applicable under Inland Revenue Department guidelines of Nepal) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

• Corporate & Institutional Billing: Corporate customers purchasing for business operations can provide their company name and PAN/VAT number during checkout to receive official tax invoices.
• Price Fluctuations: Due to volatile international hardware import tariffs and semiconductor market shifts, prices for components (GPUs, RAM, SSDs, laptops) may change without prior notice prior to order confirmation.
• Typographical Errors: If a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to technical or typographical error, we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders placed for the incorrectly priced item.

Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve the stock. An order is formally accepted only after payment verification or telephonic confirmation by our customer desk for Cash on Delivery (COD) dispatches.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if the product is unexpectedly out of stock, fails pre-dispatch hardware diagnostic checks, or if delivery to a remote geographical location cannot be supported by courier networks. In such events, any prepaid funds will be refunded in full immediately.

Orders placed within Butwal and nearby Rupandehi areas are dispatched through our localized store logistics within 24 hours. For orders across other districts of Nepal, delivery is managed via certified courier partners (e.g. Nepal Post, Sundar, City Cargo, or local express courier) typically arriving in 2 to 4 business days.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery handover. We strongly urge customers to inspect package seals in the presence of the courier representative and report any external carton tampering immediately.

All brand-new laptops, processors, graphic cards, motherboards, monitors, and networking equipment are covered by authentic manufacturer warranties (typically 1 to 3 years depending on the brand and model).

Bhairab Technopark acts as your direct facilitator for RMA warranty claims with authorized service centers across Nepal. Physical damage, liquid spills, over-clocking burnt components, or tampering with internal circuitry void manufacturer warranty coverage. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed claim criteria.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bhairab Technopark shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, business disruption, or software incompatibility arising from the use of products purchased on this platform. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the specific item in dispute.

These Terms of Use and any separate commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Nepal. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of this site or transactions with Bhairab Technopark shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rupandehi District, Nepal.
